Add the turbo sound, keep OEM drivability. This blow-off valve (BOV) adapter/spacer fits VAG 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.0 TSI/TFSI engines and mounts between the factory electronic diverter valve (DV) and the turbo. It vents a portion of charge air to atmosphere for the classic “pssh” while leaving the stock DV and ECU strategy intact.
Highlights
- Direct bolt-on: installs between OEM DV and turbo housing
 - Sound without a tune: atmospheric vent for audible release
 - CNC-machined aluminum with anodized finish; reusable O-rings
 - Includes mounting hardware; no permanent mods
 - Reversible: remove anytime to return to stock

Compatibility / fitment
Designed for vehicles using the VAG electronic DV mounted on the compressor housing. Common applications include:
- Audi A3 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.0 TFSI (select years/engines)
 - Also used across many VAG 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.0 TSI/TFSI engines (Golf/GTI, Jetta/GLI, Passat, Octavia, Leon, etc.) — confirm DV bolt pattern and turbo before purchase.

What’s in the box
- BOV adapter/spacer with pre-installed O-rings
 - Mounting bolts (if required for your application)
 - Basic install guide

Install notes
- Disconnect battery, locate DV on turbo, unbolt DV, insert spacer, refit DV with supplied bolts.
 - Ensure O-rings are seated; lightly lubricate for a proper seal.
 - Tighten hardware to manufacturer-appropriate torque; do not overtighten.

FAQ
Will I get a check engine light?
Properly sealed installs typically do not trigger a CEL. If a code appears, check O-ring seating and connections for leaks.
Do I need a tune?
No tune is required; you’re retaining the stock electronic DV. A tune is only needed if changing turbo/MAF/fueling components.
Is this legal for street use?
Regulations vary by region. This part may be intended for off-road/track use where required by law.
All vehicle names are for fitment reference only and do not imply affiliation. Verify by VIN/turbo/DV pattern before ordering.
